« We don't put our animals on display here. We invite our visitors to enter into their world!»
Patrick Jardin, founder and director

The Parc des Félins, over 60 hectares of large enclosures with lots of vegetation and watering holes for happy animals!

Welcome to the Parc des Félins!

The Parc des Félins is a zoological centre entirely dedicated to the breeding and conservation of members of the feline family and lemurs.

The centre, which is unique in the world, is located 52 km from Paris, in the Seine-et-Marne (77) region, in the magificent woodland estate of la Fortelle.

The park is a real haven for its animals, and proof that captivity is no longer synonymous with prison but can be carried out in pleasant conditions.

The park is open to visitors all year round except for Mondays in November, December and January, as well as 6 weeks at the end of the year. See opening times

The park is comprised of 5 circuits to discover on foot, a circuit by train and a 4D movie. At the end : one day of discovery and wonder!

The circuits have been built on level surfaces and benches are provided so that the park is easily accessible to all.

The park holds over 140 animals, all born in captivity, from the most well-known to the rarest, like the unusual Pallas' Cat.

Our park is heavily involved in the protection of felines and is a member of EAZA (European Association of Zoos and Aquaria) and ISIS (International Species Information System) - a global database used for the management of animals in captivity. Both are guarantees of quality in the profession.
